What does this information tell you?
Simply put: There is still an over supply of homes/condos on the market. Supply vs. Demand - The current large supply allows Buyers their choice, time, and negotional leeway in the Real Estate market. Sellers are competing with one another over best (lowest) price and best features.
When the supply/demand starts to even out you will see a drop in the price decreases and an increase in the price increases. This will tell you the "bottom" of the market is upon us...
